What You'll Be Doing

Leading teams across multiple service areas including cleaning, technical servicing, and ground support

Driving high performance and maintaining strong service standards

Managing daily operations, solving problems on the go, and keeping things moving smoothly

Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with airport procedures

Building strong relationships with partners, staff, and stakeholders

Supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

Experience leading teams in a busy, operational environment

Strong people management and problem-solving skills

A proactive, 'can-do' attitude with the ability to adapt quickly

Good understanding of health & safety (any regulated industry experience is a plus)

Confidence in communication and decision-making

Full UK manual driving licence
