Salary: Up to £80,000 plus benefits

Do you have experience of managing New Build projects of significant value as a number 1.
Our client, a fledgling main contractor located in the Midlands and have recently secured an Industrial project within Birmingham.
You will work closely with the Construction Director and have day to day operational responsibility for the live project.

The ideal candidate:
As a Project Manager, you should have well-rounded general main contracting experience gained through working on a variety of project types with the ability to work independently with confidence and decisiveness. Candidates should be self-motivated, proactive with a positive can-do attitude and experience within the role as a Project Manager.

You will require the following:
• A working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts (Preferable)
• SMSTS
• Extensive knowledge working across Steel frame projects
• A full UK driving license

The Package:
• Salary: Up to £80,000 dependent on experience
