Female Support Worker Required – Supporting a Lady in Her Own Home

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team, providing person-centred care for a lady with a learning disability and complex health needs in her own home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality, person-centred care and support
• Assisting with daily living tasks, including personal care
• Supporting with health-related needs
• Administering medication (following appropriate training)
• Encouraging engagement in meaningful activities
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns

About You:

• Caring, patient, and empathetic nature
• Previous experience in care/support work is desirable but not essential (full training can be provided)
• Comfortable supporting individuals with complex health needs
• Reliable, flexible, and committed
• Good communication skills

We provide comprehensive training specific to the service, including accredited health and social care diplomas through our training academy. Our service offers various shift patterns, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins, with flexible contracts available.
