Reeson Education is recruiting an experienced and driven Phase Leader for a supportive, well-regarded primary school in Waltham Forest, starting September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher ready to take on a leadership role within Key Stage 1 while maintaining a classroom teaching commitment.

As a Phase Leader, you will lead a team of KS1 teachers, drive standards across the phase, and contribute to whole-school leadership. The successful Phase Leader will work closely with SLT to implement the school's vision and ensure the best possible outcomes for all pupils.
