Position: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

Location: Mainstream Primary School

Contract Type: Full Time, Temp–Perm

Pay Rate: £15 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive mainstream primary school. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to transition from temporary to permanent for the right candidate.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development within the Early Years Foundation Stage, helping to create a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

• Deliver high-quality support in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Help plan and deliver engaging learning activities
• Support children’s emotional, social, and educational development
• Work closely with teachers and the wider Early Years team
• Maintain accurate observations and contribute to assessments
• Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety standards are consistently upheld

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or above)
• Experience within an Early Years or primary school setting is desirable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach
• Commitment to supporting children’s development and wellbeing
