Precedo are recruiting Female Support worker to work as a support worker with one of our clients, with the possibility to join their team permanently after 12 weeks on agency. Full availability and commitment for the full duration is essential, These roles are based at a specialist Adult Learning Disability & Autism Service located in Rawtenstall (BB4 7BF).

Position Overview:

Start Date: Immediately following recruitment checks

Initial 12 week rota managed by Precedo Healthcare

Upon successful completion, transition into a permanent role with the client

Option to remain registered with Precedo for additional shift opportunities

Key Details:

Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts -8am-8pm (Days) | 8pm-8am (Nights)

Support Ratio: 2:1 due to complex needs

Service operates 24/7- full flexibility and availability required

Training Requirements:

• NAPPI Training (Non-Abusive Psychological and Physical Intervention) is desired or client will essential
  • Precedo Standard Training may also be required

Only fully available and committed Support Workers will be submitted to the recruitment team.

Due to the nature of the role this position requires Female Support workers only. We are not able to accept applicants requiring Sponsorship or on a Skilled Worker visa.
