Recreating the tension of the show's famed red and blue open kitchens diners witness the precision and intensity behind every dish, as well as a contemporary bar showcasing the latest trends in mixology. The menu features signature, show-inspired creations such as the legendary Beef Wellington, Pan-Seared Scallops, and Sticky Toffee Pudding, each prepared with the same passion and perfection expected from the show's world-class chefs.
More than a meal, Hell's Kitchen offers guests a front-row seat to the ultimate dining performance in one of London's most sought-after locations, The Cumberland champions the city's cultural and music scene, inspired by its rich history of housing music legends.
What you'll be doing
As a Commis Waiter, you'll play an important role in bringing the Hell's Kitchen experience to life. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their hospitality journey, eager to learn the foundations of fine dining service while working alongside an extraordinary front-of-house team.
- Supporting the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional, polished service throughout each service
- Assisting with table set-up, mise en place and maintaining immaculate dining areas
- Supporting Waiters and Head Waiters with food and drink service in line with brand standards
- Anticipating guest needs and responding with warmth, professionalism and confidence
- Clearing, resetting and maintaining tables to five-star presentation standards
- Learning menu knowledge and service steps to support a seamless guest journey
- Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Adhering to all health, safety and food hygiene standards
