New Homes Sales Consultant
Location: Bristol
Working Pattern: 5 days per week
Salary: Up to £32k + £22k OTE + uncapped commission
We're recruiting for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to launch and drive sales at one of Bristol's most exciting new schemes - a boutique development of 49 apartments and 7 houses in a highly sought-after location, this development offers high-spec homes in a truly exceptional setting.
The Role:
You'll take full ownership of the sales journey, from initial enquiry through to exchange and completion. With marketing support, strong demand, and a desirable product, this is a rare opportunity to lead from the front on a standout site.
What We're Looking For
Solid experience in new homes sales - typically 2+ years
Strong sales performance with a focus on customer service
Comfortable working weekends as standard
Self-motivated, professional, and confident managing the full sales cycle
