An exciting opening for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a privately owned and highly reputable building services organisation on one of their high-profile contracts by Battersea, South West London. As a maintenance provider, who continues to be successful in the market, the company offers a great place to work, giving all the support and training required to help their engineers in their roles.

Working within a team of 3 engineers on site, we are looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with Electrical City and Guilds / NVQ qualifications. The Engineer will manage both landlord and tenant planned and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems, while being responsible for log books, supervising contractors and other relevant paperwork.

This is a great opportunity to join a privately owned business who look after their employees working on a Monday to Friday 8-5 days pattern.

  • PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
  • Electrical Fault-Finding
  • Single & Three Phase Power
  • Emergency Lighting
  • Fire Alarms
  • BMS Operation
  • AHUs
  • FCUs
  • Generators
  • VAV/VRFs
  • Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
  • Cooling Towers
  • Pumps & Motors
  • Site Folders, E-logbooks, Managing Contractors, Audits, Quotations

Requirements

  • City and Guilds or equivalent qualifications in Electrical Installations
  • Apprentice trained - desirable
  • Building Services Maintenance experience
  • Very Client facing

Package

  • 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
  • £48,000 £52,000 per annum
