Key Responsibilities:

*

Manage complex caseloads within fast-paced environments such as MASH, Initial Assessment, and Child Protection teams.

*

Undertake Section 47 enquiries, single assessments, and initial strategy discussions.

*

Provide timely interventions and formulate safeguarding plans in collaboration with families and professionals.

*

Chair and attend core groups, child protection conferences, and legal planning meetings.

*

Complete high-quality reports for court, panels, and statutory reviews.

*

Maintain accurate case recordings that meet local and national standards.

Essential Requirements:

*

Degree/Masters in Social Work and SWE registration.

*

2+ years' post-qualifying experience in frontline statutory children's services (MASH, R&A, CP, or similar).

*

Strong knowledge of Working Together to Safeguard Children, Children Act 1989/2004, and court processes.

*

Confidence working under pressure and managing risk.

*
