We are actively seeking a Nighttime Supervisor to join our Bespoke Care Division. This role is essential in ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and consistency of care provided to our young people during evening and nighttime hours.

You will attend each of our young people’s placements throughout the evening and night to conduct regular checks. These checks will include verifying appropriate staffing levels, monitoring the quality of care being delivered, and ensuring the environment is safe, calm, and supportive. You will also be responsible for confirming that all relevant paperwork, logs, and nightly tasks are completed accurately and in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.

As a Nighttime Supervisor, you will provide guidance and support to on-duty staff, address any immediate concerns, and escalate safeguarding or operational issues where necessary. Clear communication with day teams and management is essential to ensure a smooth handover and follow-up of any actions required.

The successful candidate will be organised, reliable, and confident working independently, with a strong understanding of safeguarding practices and the needs of young people in care. Experience in a supervisory or care-based role is desirable, along with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
