This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established environmental consultancy delivering high-quality asbestos services across the North East. They are looking to appoint a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support ongoing contracts in Newcastle and surrounding areas.

Duties for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst include:* Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys in line with HSG264* Undertake air monitoring, 4-stage clearances, and personal monitoring* Work across commercial, industrial, and domestic sites* Produce accurate and compliant survey and analytical reports* Ensure all work complies with UKAS and HSE guidance* Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams

Skills and experience for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst:* BOHS P402, P403, and P404 qualifications* Proven experience in a dual role within a UKAS accredited consultancy* Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance* Good IT and report writing skills* Excellent attention to detail* Strong communication and organisational skills* Full UK driving licence
