We're recruiting an experienced SeniorNurse Quality & Compliance Lead to join a dementia, nursing, mental health, respite specialist in Brighton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a SeniorNurse Quality & Compliance Lead who is passionate about improving standards, strengthening governance, and supporting clinical teams to deliver outstanding care in Brighton.

Key Responsibilities: In this SeniorNurse Quality & Compliance Lead role, you'll oversee quality standards and governance across the service in Brighton, including:

  • Leading clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
  • Developing and reviewing policies and procedures
  • Managing quality assurance processes and monitoring compliance
  • Investigating incidents and supporting risk management
  • Supporting safeguarding processes and best practice
  • Preparing services for inspections and supporting CQC compliance
  • Promoting strong standards in medication management and infection control

What we're looking for: We're looking for a confident clinical professional who can lead and influence quality improvements, including:

  • A registered nurse with strong experience in governance or compliance roles such as Clinical Compliance Lead or Senior RGN.
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations, Fundamental Standards, and clinical governance
  • Experience leading audits, inspections, or service improvement projects
  • Experience supervising, mentoring, or training nursing teams
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong report writing and data analysis skills
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to challenge poor practice professionally
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
