Robertson Bell is partnering with a prominent not-for-profit organisation in their search for a Trainee Accounts Receivable Specialist on a permanent basis. In this role as a Trainee Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will:

  • Provide responsive assistance in managing client queries, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate in the proactive management of client accounts, ensuring precision in invoicing, timely payments, and swift resolution of billing discrepancies or disputes.
  • Assist the Accounts Receivable team in efficiently and accurately raising and processing receivable invoices.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of best practices in Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, billing, collections, and reconciliations.
