A leading Tech company with offices located in Leeds City Centre are seeking to appoint Customer Support Help desk Advisors. Joining a thriving team with a hybrid model of working, successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills and be looking for a new challenge where development and training are second to none.
As Help desk support, your role will involve answering a variety of calls and emails relating to products; dealing with tasks such as:
Inbound calls processing all customer queries
Being that first point of contact for all issues
Dealing with email and web chat queries
General administrative tasksThis is a great role for a candidate who has good customer service skills, perhaps within a retail or hospitality background, the ideal candidates will have:
At least 6 months customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
Team player
Proficient in all MS Office skills
