Our Youth Services programme is working in line with a government led initiative to offer a unique opportunity for young people not in employment, education or training across the Greater Manchester region to support them in the next stages of adulthood.

As our newly appointed Service Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery and ensuring the high performance of the Greater Manager NEETs contract. You will monitor service quality and performance and ensure adherence to Minimum Service Delivery Standards and Critical Success Factors. 

The Service Manager will oversee, lead and manage the service, taking full operational leadership, financial responsibility for the contract, reporting into Youth SLT and engage at a strategic level with a broad range of stakeholders including, but not limited to, GMCA leads, LEPs, DWP, Colleges and employment providers.

In brief, you will lead the successful quality delivery of GM NEETs service, deliver the financial performance of the contract working within agreed budgets and ensure compliance with statutory H&S Regulations.

We are looking for someone who has proven management skills such as negotiation scheduling and planning with the ability to effectively network and build relationships combined with excellent IT, verbal and written communication skills.

This is a permanent role with a salary of £50,000 on offer.
