My client is seeking to onboard a team of qualified Stock Condition and DEA for an ongoing contract with. This project focuses on revisiting the same property list as last year, primarily targeting previously unaccessed properties and those where tenants did not grant access.

Role Overview:

Conduct surveys on residential properties across designated London areas
Engage with tenants to gain access, including some door knocking where required
Working hours: Evenings (3:00pm - 9:00pm) and weekends
12 MONTH CONTRACT (ROLLING)
Locations: West, North West, South West, and East London
Start date: Expected by 13th/20th April
Appointments: Pre-booked by the client, with additional door knocking as needed
Equipment provided: ID badges, calling cards, and letters of authority
Evening and weekend rates are TBC.
Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) - MUST
Ability to work flexible evening and weekend hours
Strong communication skills and professionalism when dealing with tenants
