Rocasa Consulting Limited are looking recruit a Floating Mental Health Support Workers paying £26,056 plus £2116 to working Nights per annum once every 6 weeks on a rota basis. Based in North Bristol and South Bristol.

You will need a Full UK Driving Licence and experience in Mental Health Support and Advice.

* Working with families, carers and friends and be working in a multidisciplinary team

* Building therapeutic relationships with service users

* Support a team caseload of severe and enduring mental health needs of service users

* An excellent communicator

* Receiving management and clinical supervision, together with group reflective practice

* Working day and night shifts to meet the needs of a 24/7 service
