We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established plastic manufacturing company based in Southampton, who are looking for reliable and experienced Machine Operators to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with previous experience in machine operation, production, or manufacturing who are looking for stable, long-term work with a supportive employer.

Role Overview:

As a Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for running and monitoring production machinery, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. You'll work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, contributing to the production of high-quality plastic products used across various industries.

Key Duties:

Operating and maintaining production machinery

Carrying out quality checks on finished products

Troubleshooting basic machine issues and escalating when necessary

Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times

Keeping your work area clean and organised

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in machine operating, production, or a manufacturing setting

Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and timekeeping skills

Flexible with shift patterns (days or nights)

Shifts:

Pay Rate:

£12.21 per hour (regardless of shift)
