We are recruiting for a qualified Electrician to carry out landlord EICRs and associated remedial works across a portfolio of private rental properties.

This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work, a structured schedule, and travel kept within a local patch. Ideal for electricians confident working independently and completing inspections to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)

* Testing and inspection of domestic electrical installations

* Carry out associated remedial works following reports

* Complete certification and compliance documentation accurately

* Work professionally within occupied properties

Requirements

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

* 2391 Inspection & Testing

* Proven experience completing EICRs

* Own van and tools essential

* Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
