We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to provide effective administrative support within our financial services team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in financial services administration, who is adept at managing multiple tasks and providing exceptional service to both advisers and clients. For this role, ideally some experience of report writing is desirable, but not essential as training can be provided.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide administrative support to advisers, assisting with the processing of cases, including producing quotations and conducting research.
  • Handle general correspondence to ensure that advisers and clients receive an efficient service.
  • Produce portfolio reports for new and existing clients within specified deadlines.
  • Assist with the preparation of Client Annual Review Packs and review letters.
  • Manage the sending and chasing of Letters of Authority to providers.
  • Complete Policy Summary Sheets once information is received, ensuring all necessary data is available for the Paraplanner/Adviser to proceed with the case.
  • Accurately input all new business and manage Adviser Fees to ensure payments are matched.
  • Liaise with clients and providers regarding queries on policies/investments, ensuring any necessary changes are completed by the product provider.
  • Answer telephone calls in a polite and professional manner.
  • Perform general administrative and office duties, including photocopying and scanning as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a Financial Services Administrator role.
  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility for work.
  • Strong ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Capability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong working knowledge of the regulated financial services market.
