Registered Manager - Complex Needs Service

Location: Truro, Cornwall

Diamond Search Recruitment is supporting a specialist care provider with the recruitment of an experienced Registered Manager to lead a complex needs service in Truro.

This service supports individuals with highly complex needs, and we are seeking a Registered Manager with a strong background in learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviour.

The Role

You will hold overall operational responsibility for the service, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care. You will lead and develop your team, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive positive outcomes for those you support.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver and oversee person-centred, compliant care services

Ensure health, safety, safeguarding, and regulatory standards are met

*

Recruit, manage, coach, and develop staff teams

*

Manage budgets, staffing levels, and staff deployment

*

Use IT systems to manage incidents, audits, training, and quality assurance

*

Work collaboratively with local authorities and external professionals

*

Drive continuous service improvement

About You

Registered Manager experience within regulated care services

Background supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviour

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Confident managing compliance, people, and operational performance
