Responsibilities of a SEMH Support Worker:

Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
Deliver interventions to improve confidence and self-regulation.
Work 1:1 or in small groups to promote engagement.
Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies.
