The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Creative Designer to join an in-house marketing team and take ownership of creative output across multiple channels.

You will play a key role in developing and maintaining the brand across digital, print and campaign activity, working closely with marketing and commercial teams to deliver high-quality, consistent design that supports business growth.

This role would suit someone looking to build on their experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment where they can develop their creative skills and take on increasing responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all channels

* Create marketing and sales collateral to support campaigns and client engagement

* Design digital assets including website visuals, social media graphics and online content

* Support campaign delivery through email design and visual content creation

* Produce creative for events, including signage and supporting materials

* Translate concepts and ideas into clear, engaging visual assets

* Design templates and branded materials for internal and external use

* Contribute to visual storytelling and campaign concepts

* Support creation of basic motion graphics and video content where required

Requirements

* Experience in a Creative or Graphic Design role (in-house or agency)

* Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design and marketing collateral

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)

* Experience designing for both digital and print

* Good understanding of layout, typography and visual composition

* Experience working with brand guidelines

* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

* Confident working from brief through to delivery

* Exposure to motion graphics or video editing

* Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress)
