Responsibilities:

• Assist the mortgage advisors in preparing and processing mortgage applications from start to finish.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth progress of mortgage applications.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with insurance providers to facilitate the purchase of financial protection products.
• Provide administrative support to the mortgage advisory team, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
• Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a mortgage administration role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and mortgage administration software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn.
• CeMAP qualification is desirable but not essential.
