Are you an experienced Operations Manager in the aviation industry with a passion for leading high-performing teams, streamlining workflows, and driving operational excellence?

We're looking for an Operations Manager to take charge of a CAA, EASA & FAA Part 145 approved repair shop in England. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, plan resources, and manage technical staff while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction remain our top priorities.

What you'll do as our Operations Manager:

• Lead a pragmatic team across administration, maintenance, and quality functions

• Drive growth across workshop capabilities and overall business performance

• Build and maintain strong relationships with client partners

• Oversee repair shop operations, from planning and quoting to customer liaison

• Implement process improvements and maintain strict regulatory compliance

What we're looking for in our Operations Manager:

• 7+ years of experience in aviation MRO operations with strong knowledge of CAA, EASA, and FAA regulations

• Engineering or technical background with hands-on experience

• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate teams and deliver results

• Outgoing, solutions-focused, and capable of driving business growth
