Collaborate with relevant departments to determine the vehicle requirements for our fleet, taking into consideration budget, usage, and specific needs.
Conduct market research and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the automotive industry, including new models, pricing, and trends.
Source potential suppliers and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to obtain the best value for our fleet purchases.
Review and analyse proposals from suppliers, evaluating factors such as pricing, quality, and service to make informed purchasing decisions.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of vehicles, while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Conduct regular assessments of supplier performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and addressing any issues that may arise.
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to optimise fleet efficiency and reduce costs.Profile

Proven experience in fleet management, automotive purchasing, or procurement is highly desired.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficient in using relevant software and tools for fleet management and procurement.
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of vehicle specifications, maintenance requirements, and industry regulations is a plus.
