A top City-based management consultancy have an opening for a Team Assistant. We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and highly capable person who can assist in a variety of tasks during this tricky business period. As the company returns to the office gradually, it will be all hands-on deck!
Duties will include:
- Light PA support including some travel booking in the future
- Reception cover
- Office facilities – dealing with IT issues, HR admin, stationery orders etc
- General office /team assistance
There is lots of scope to grow in the role and business, and long-term there is great potential to take on additional responsibilities, or progress in the company.
Ideally you will have some administrative, Team Assistant or PA experience, but more importantly you will have lots of drive, a strong work ethic, good initiative, has a bright and engaging personality. We are looking for a proactive, personable, intuitive and approachable person!
9am-6pm hours - a mixture of home and office working.
Salary is up to £30,000 plus excellent benefits.
