My client are a leading tax, accountancy and business advisory firm founded on personal integrity and technical expertise.

As a Private Client Tax Manager, within the Trust and family office team you will provide advice to clients in connection with their tax affairs and be responsible for managing day-to-day aspects a large portfolio including billing, delegation and monitoring work in progress.

Responsibilities:

• Managing individual HNW client relationships, including trustees and executors, as their primary point of contact.
• Reviewing annual compliance cycle of trust and estates accounts, and tax returns.
• Drafting complex tax advisory reports for Directors and Partners.
• Advising on CGT, IHT, domicile/residence issues and the use of trust/company structures.
• Working closely with leading Senior Managers, Directors and Partners where required, and assisting with business development opportunities where appropriate.
• Identifying potential planning opportunities and assisting with marketing and networking initiatives.

Requirements:

• CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
• Proven experience managing private client portfolios in a professional services setting.
• Strong knowledge of personal tax compliance and advisory work.
• Relevant practice experience
