Regulation and Compliance Executive l Bristol outskirts with parking l £23,000 - £26,000

As a proactive and detailed person you will provide support to the Compliance Team which will contribute to the quality assurance and improvements across the organisation. Review processes relating to the validity of regulated qualifications and end-point assessment. Coordinate activities that support regulator audits.
Day to day you will be responsible for:
Working with and supporting the product development function relating to the outcome of validity reviews
Providing data reports as required to drive improvements
Supporting other areas within the compliance team function as and when required
Provide guidance and support to colleagues as required on regulatory related activities
Contribute to the review, and where necessary, the improvement and consolidation of the company's self-evaluation processes
Work with the Director of Compliance in monitoring the progress against any agreed timescales for completion of any required priority actions prior to submission of the Annual Statements of Compliance to our regulators
Maintain an EQAO Audit readiness plan and circulate with internal stakeholders as required
Plan and book all EQAO observations of EPA Practice
Organise all compliance meetings, and other activities such as internal reviews, throughout the year including booking of venues
Producing agendas, sending invites, taking, and circulating minutes and ensuring actions are completed in a timely manner
Coordinate the process for Reasonable Adjustments and Special Consideration ensuring all are processed within the set timeframes
Escalate any non-compliance (or significant risks to non-compliance) to the Director of Compliance
Contribute to the company's risk management framework and processes
Lead on reviews of MCQ test recordings
Extensive administrative experience of a senior nature with the necessity to use initiative in carrying out the role.
Experience of inputting and accessing data from databases.
Experience of working to specific timescales and deadlines.
Experience of planning and preparing for inspection by regulators such as Ofqual.
The Salary: £23 - £25,000
The Location: Bristol outskirts with parking
The Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
