Job Description

Job Title: BCBA/ABA Program Supervisor

Area of Function: Clinical Services

Direct Supervisor: Director of Clinical Services                 

Physical Requirement: The job responsibilities may require kneeling, crouching, carrying, pushing, bending, lifting up to 50 lb, walking up stairs, etc.  

Hours: Full time (minimum of 40 hours per week) salaried position. The hours may vary based on the clients need, but generally be available to work between 9:00 to 6:30. Occasional weekend hours may be required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations
  • Develop treatment plans, and BIPs
  • Conduct direct services with clients as needed
  • Conduct parent training
  • Provide regular on-site supervision and training to Behavior Technicians and BCaBAs.
  • Oversee overall ABA program implementation of assigned clients
  • Graphing of client progress
  • Write clinical reports as needed
  • Maintain weekly direct contact with the clients
  • Participate in our parent training seminars
  • Model professional and ethical conduct for supervisees
  • Meet with supervisor regularly

Case Management Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with parents regarding any concerns
  • Address parent concerns
  • Communicate with supervisor or the appropriate department regarding these concern to best support the clients

Other responsibilities include but not limited to:

·       Attend necessary training

·       Maintain minimum billable hours for the chosen tier

·       Follow BACB code of conduct

·       Follow company policy and procedures

·       Timely communication with immediate supervisor regarding areas of concerns

·       Timely submission of necessary reports

·       Positively promote the company

·       Participate in company events as required
