My client is a family-run furniture manufacturer with over 100 years of history in High Wycombe — a town renowned for its furniture-making tradition. They are known for producing high-quality, British-made furniture and continually invest in modern technology to meet evolving client needs.

The Role:This is a hands-on, multi-skilled maintenance role with an electrical bias. You’ll carry out fault finding, machine breakdown response, and planned/reactive maintenance on a range of machinery, including CNCs.

Key Requirements:

• Electrical/mechanical skills with strong electrical knowledge

• Relevant qualification (BTEC Level 3/HNC or similar)

• CNC experience and ability to fault find

• Knowledge of 3-phase systems, AC/DC drives, servos, relays, etc.

• Ability to read schematic drawings

• Flexible, proactive, and experienced in a production environment

• Full UK driving licence (on-call rota duty required
