Our client is a charitable body that sets the standards for practising scientists, through professional registration.

They are looking for an experienced administrator to work with the Registration and Licensing Manager to ensure their registers list only those scientists who meet their strictly regulated competence and conduct standards, and to maintain the integrity of the body's registers.

Job Title: Senior Registration and Licensing Officer
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Reporting to: Registration and Licensing Manager
Working Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week - flexible working options can be considered
Contract: Permanent
Location: Flexible between the organisation’s central London office and home working.

The Senior Registration and Licensing Officer is responsible for providing executive support to mainly the Registration and Licensing Manager but sometimes also the Registration and Licensing team.

Through effective executive support and system and process improvement, the Senior Registration and Licensing Officer will have an active role in ensuring that licensed members, volunteers, and registrants have a positive and productive experience of working with the Registration and Licensing Team and the larger organisation.

The ideal candidate will have experience of providing effective administrative support to a team with proven organisational and co-ordination skills to allow for the management of multiple projects and changing priorities.

Experience of CRMs/Databases, using Excel, minute taking, diary and event management are all essential. With strong attention to detail, you will also have the ability to understand and improve processes.
