My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented HR Workday Learning Partner on a Contract basis.
You will play a crucial role in maximising the efficiency and effectiveness of the Workday Talent and Learning platforms and provide expert guidance and support for professional users across both areas.

About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Developing and maintaining Workday system process map documentation
- Supporting the implementation of new and refinement of current Workday products, including Workday Help, Journeys, Notification Designer and Skills Cloud
- Developing and delivering Workday training for HR colleagues
- Development and implementation of talent cards, calibration using succession planning tools
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Experience of the Workday Learning and Talent suites both as an end user and as an administrator
- Strong understanding of Talent and L&D processes and best practices
- Implementation and development of Workday Skills in a skills-based organisation
