We’re looking for a Director of Marketing to lead strategic marketing planning and execution across a portfolio of business. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and drive plans that achieve business objectives as well as providing coaching and direction to ensure marketing teams are performing effectively and efficiently. As a Director of Marketing, you will have the unique opportunity to develop strategic goals and translate them into tactical plans.
Lead cross-functional teams in development and execution of key strategic initiatives
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to achieve aggressive goals in building brand awareness, lead generation, pipeline and revenue
Keep an eye on the competitive landscape and aim to ensure a continuously compelling and differentiated value proposition for the company
Translate strategic initiatives into actionable marketing plans. Lead Marketing & Sales with a focus on ROI & revenue growth through planning, budget management, and reporting
Provide strategic guidance, insight and knowledge about market trends, consumer attitudes, competitors
Several years of experience leading business and marketing initiatives
Must be a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader who is skilled in leading a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communicator who can work in a collaborative environment and has the ability to be resourceful and drive significant impact with limited resources
Must be a team player with a positive attitude
High degree of flexibility and ability to navigate ambiguity
