KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership: Transform our Property Services Department into an industry-leading powerhouse across premium London assets.

Capital Works: Orchestrate complex multi-million pound projects, from M&E installations to major refurbishments.

Compliance Excellence: Lead Building Safety Act implementation, creating systems that protect residents while setting industry standards.

Technical Innovation: Revolutionize PPM schedules, manage state-of-the-art heat plants, and implement cost-effective maintenance strategies.

Stakeholder Management: Build powerful relationships with local authorities and key housing association partners.

⭐ WHAT YOU BRING

Your Experience:

• 10+ years managing large-scale residential portfolios (BTR, Hotel, PBSA, or traditional)
• Technical expertise as mechanical/electrical engineer or seasoned construction/FM professional
• CMIOSH qualified with advanced fire safety expertise
• Proven leadership in managing complex teams and multi-stakeholder environments
• BIFM qualifications and/or MSC in Property Management preferred
