ICTalent Recruitment is delighted to be working with a highly regarded “Good” rated school in Liverpool to recruit an experienced School Administrator for a full-time, temporary position starting in September 2025.

The Role:

You’ll be joining a welcoming and supportive Admin and SLT team in a vital front-office position. We’re looking for someone confident and capable in all aspects of school administration, ideally with a strong knowledge of SIMS and experience in a busy school office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling attendance, admissions, and pupil data via SIMS
• Managing front-of-house duties and parent queries
• Supporting staff with daily administrative tasks
• Maintaining school records, correspondence, and filing systems
• Assisting with safeguarding procedures and visitor logs
• Liaising with internal staff and external stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous school office experience is essential
• SIMS proficiency is highly desirable
• Strong IT and communication skills
• Professional, friendly, and adaptable attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
