The Head Teacher of a Primary School in Clitheroe is looking for an experienced School Business Manager to join there team from September 2025.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with school-based administrative and finance experience to take on a vital role supporting the school's smooth day-to-day operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the school's finance systems, including invoicing and budget tracking

*

Supporting HR processes such as onboarding new staff and maintaining records

*

Assisting with general administrative duties and supporting the leadership team

Systems in Use:

*

SIMS is used extensively across administration and finance (including the SIMS finance package)

*

Oracle Fusion is also used, though experience with this system is not essential

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a school business or administrative role

*

Confidence in using SIMS or similar school systems

*

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

*

A clear communicator who thrives in a busy environment
