Three9s Talent is recruiting on behalf of a respected fit-out contractor delivering high-quality retail and hospitality interiors across London. A fast-track fit-out project is now live in Central London, and we're hiring a Senior Site Manager to lead it day-to-day.

This is a lean delivery setup - no layers of backup. You're the No.1 on site. You'll run the trades, keep the programme moving, manage quality and safety, and handle client changes as they come up.

It's a real site, real pace, and real ownership.

What You're Stepping Into

This is a £1- 2M fast-track fit-out for a client that's often on-site - checking details, flagging changes, and expecting answers. You'll be managing:

* A mix of subcontractors and direct trades - often with varied English levels

* Daily progress with tight deadlines and multiple moving parts

* Client expectations, late-stage changes, and live feedback

* Quality finish requirements - no margin for rework at the end

You'll be the key person keeping the job under control - from site setup to sign-off.

What You'll Be Doing

* Run the full site delivery as No.1

* Coordinate subcontractors, joiners, M&E, finishing trades

* Keep programme momentum and manage sequencing

* Maintain H&S compliance and all RAMS documentation

* Keep a safe, tidy, and high-standard working site

* Communicate clearly with teams, office, and client

* Track progress and report to PM or Contracts Manager

* Manage handover, snagging, and finish to spec

What You'll Need

* Experience as lead Site Manager on high-spec fit-out or interiors

* Background in hospitality, retail, or fast commercial fit-outs

* Strong control of sequencing, team coordination, and quality

* Calm under pressure and confident managing trades on the ground

* Able to give clear instructions across a multi-language site

* Confident handling client feedback, site visits, and changes

* Good communicator with senior management - no ego, just delivery

Required certifications:

* CSCS (Black or Gold)

* SMSTS

* First Aid at Work
