Our client, a leader in sustainable waste reduction, is on a mission to reduce landfill by recycling mattresses. They’re passionate about the environment and are seeking like-minded individuals to join their team in Blackburn.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Dismantling and processing mattresses for recycling
• Performing manual handling tasks in a physically demanding environment
• Working towards individual and team targets
• Contributing to sustainability efforts by reducing landfill waste
• Keeping the workspace safe and organised (note: the environment can be dusty/messy)

What We’re Looking For

• Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting throughout the shift
• Hardworking, reliable, and a strong team player
• Experience in recycling or waste management is helpful but not essential
• Positive attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced setting

Additional Details

• Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 3:00pm
• Bonus Scheme: Performance-based bonuses available, dependent on achieving targets
• Training: Training is provided
• Contract Type: Temp-to-perm – permanent roles available after a successful 12-week period
