Maintenance Engineer
Location: North Lincolnshire
Salary: Up to £50,000
Shift Pattern: 4on 4off

We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced, high-performing food manufacturing site that's serious about quality, innovation, and developing its people.

You'll be key in keeping the factory running smoothly - handling breakdowns, carrying out planned maintenance, and helping to improve equipment reliability across the site. You'll work alongside a friendly, skilled team and have the chance to get stuck into real improvement projects.

What you'll need:

Engineering qualification (Mechanical/Electrical)

Experience in a fast-moving production setting (FMCG is a plus)

Great problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

Knowledge of Health & Safety standards (HACCP, COSHH)

PLC fault-finding experience (nice to have)
