With a strong reputation in the industry, they are recruiting for a Management Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. Your new roleIn this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support business decision-making and drive financial performance. You will play a crucial role in preparing management reports, monitoring costs, and ensuring financial controls. A key aspect of this position is collaborating closely with external investors and stakeholders by delivering transparent and insightful financial information, enabling them to understand the company's financial health and support long-term growth objectives.What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed in this role, you will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified and ideally currently work at a small practice, doing management accounts amongst other duties for SME businesses, looking for your first role in Industry. Alternatively, if you have worked in the Financial Services industry, this would also be considered. You must be proactive and hands-on in your approach, with a can-do attitude and the ability to manage your own workload and deadlines. You will be an experienced Management Accountant and work hard to deliver a high standard in all elements of your work. What you'll get in return
