There are 4 technical levels for you to climb, see below the progression offered and the skills you could learn.

This is a Level 1 Support position. As such you should already possess the skills to complete the following duties:

Service desk support
1st line backups and AV tickets
User administration
Projects - basic laptop builds
Operational support

If you possess the skills for the Level 2 duties, then you will be fast tracked into this position. If you do not, you will be given then tools to learn this as quickly as you like. These duties include:

2nd line support
Onsite support - equipment pick up / drop off, entry level onsite support
Project support

For a view as to what you can move into from here, see below the Level 3 duties:

2nd/3rd line support & ticket escalations
Complex onsite support
Projects inc. networking equipment configurations etc.
Solutioning & consulting - entry level e.g. laptops

The next step up would be a Level 4 engineer, the duties are as follows:

Service desk - critical volume response, overspill support / escalations
Onsite support - overspill complex onsite support
Projects - complex server / hosted environment build
Solutioning & consulting - complex e.g. servers / hosted environments, complex one off requests

These are the technical levels you can climb from 1st line in this company.

You will be given the space to grow organically through these positions and become an incredibly strong and technical engineer in your own right.
