RxPeople has an excellent opportunity for a GPhC Registered Pharmacist to join a leading UK provider of medicines management and health-tech solutions.

This field-based role involves supporting independent mental health hospitals across the East of England, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve the safe, effective, and compliant use and management of medicines.

Within the role, you will:

* Provide on-site clinical pharmacy support across allocated mental health hospitals

* Deliver expert advice on medicines optimisation and medicines management

* Support and train clinical teams in best practice medicines use and management

* Improve safety, governance, and compliance standards across services

* Build and maintain strong professional relationships across multiple sites

About you:

* Registered Pharmacist with the GPhC

* Strong clinical knowledge and a patient-focused approach

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

* Confident working independently in a field-based role

* Full UK Driving Licence (travel required)

Mental health experience is desirable but not essential, as full training and support will be provided.
