Are you a driven and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for the next step in your career?

This is a standout opportunity to join a well-established Tier 1 groundworks and civil engineering contractor. You will take ownership of major groundwork and civil engineering packages throughout the West Midlands.

The Role:

Oversee commercial management of multiple groundworks and civil engineering projects (typically £5m-£15m)
Lead procurement, valuations, change control, CVRs, and final accounts
Develop and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships
Provide support and mentoring to junior QS staff
Work closely with Senior Leadership Team / Board

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5 -10 years experience in quantity surveying, ideally in groundworks or civil engineering
Excellent commercial acumen with strong contractual knowledge
Capable of managing projects independently from start to finish
Forward-thinking and eager to take on leadership responsibility
Degree/HND in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Tier 1 or principal contractor experience What's on Offer:
