About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Mix Plant Operative to join our clients busy and fast-paced production team at their Leeds facility. The company manufacture coating products used by customers around the globe. This role is key to ensuring products are manufactured safely, accurately, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacture industrial coatings by following detailed formulations and methods.

Accurately record batch data and all required production information.

Comply with all Health & Safety procedures and company policies.

Maintain high standards of product quality and consistency.

Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness standards are maintained in all working areas.

Rotate raw materials and finished goods in accordance with stock control procedures.

Requirements:

Previous experience in industrial mixing or batch processing is preferred, though full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Ability to follow instructions accurately and pay close attention to detail.

Numerate and literate, with a good understanding of weights, measurements, and units.

Essential: Valid counterbalance forklift truck licence.

Physically capable of manual handling (up to 25kg).

Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00 (1 hour lunch break)

Friday: 08:00 - 16:00 (1 hour lunch break)

Note: Overtime may be required depending on production demand.
