Property Manager - Cambridge

A leading independent lettings and estate agency in Cambridge are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their busy and vibrant team.

You will be joining a team of Property Managers and Lettings Negotiators working in a supportive and friendly atmosphere. With a focus on customer service and quality dealing with a portfolio across Cambridge and the surrounding towns and villages. A business with a strong reputation and long term record of success.

As Property Manager, you'll provide a full management service, liaising with landlords and contractors to organise maintenance and repairs, dealing with property inspections, tenancy renewals, viewings, rent reviews and authorising invoices and work orders. Ensuring properties are let efficiently, well maintained, and managed to a high standard.

We're looking for a well-organised, Property Manager with a can-do approach to customer service, proactive, quality-focused, and someone who naturally just gets things done. Previous experience and knowledge of Cambridge is essential.
