Inside Sales Representative

Job Description

This position can be based in or around the Northeastern area of the US. Candidate MUST have the legal right to work in the US for any employer.

The Inside Sales Account Manager will focus on customer acquisition. This position involves cold calling new potential clients, client business referrals, or web leads. Provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed. Work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Increasing sales volume

· Sales quoting and order processing

· Providing exceptional internal and external customer service

· In depth customer, product and company knowledge

· Exceptional time utilization

· Maintaining data integrity in CRM tool

· Proactively obtains training on products, services, pricing models, parking industry and contract terms.

· Proactively promotes new company offerings.

· Proactively anticipates and responds to client needs in a timely fashion.

· Creates quotations and processes orders

· Fully documents customer contacts in CRM program and maintains them for accuracy

· Utilizes CRM and maintains highest levels of data integrity.

· Assists with developing account strategies in line with the Strategic Selling principles and territory plans.

· Supports external team members with internal communications and activities.

· Minimal travel may be required.

· Other related duties that arise from time to time.

Job Duties for Inside Sales:

· Prepare quotes

· Sales order entry

· Provide order delivery status to Regional Director and customers

· Work with customers to fill out all paperwork for product configurations

· Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.

· Understand customer needs and requirements

· Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

· Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

· Excel, Word, QuickBooks a plus

Qualifications Include:

· Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with business professionals

· Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

· Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

· Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

· Experience working with or similar CRM

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills

· Strong listening and presentation skills

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively


· BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
