Sales Consultant - Vocational Qualifications (NVQs)

* Home-based (4 days) | 1 day per week in Stoke office

* £30,000 base + £4,000 car allowance + uncapped commission

* Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (early Friday finish at 1pm)

* 39 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays & Christmas shutdown)

We're on the lookout for a driven and personable Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in promoting our accredited NVQs to both individual learners and employers across a range of sectors including Healthcare, Social Care, Customer Service, Early Years, Teaching Assistant, Optometry and Pharmaceuticals.

🔍 What you'll be doing:

Proactively identifying and engaging potential learners and clients via phone, email and virtual meetings

*

Selling relevant NVQ qualifications based on career and compliance needs

*

Building lasting relationships with employers to secure ongoing learner pipelines

*

Meeting monthly learner onboarding targets - and being rewarded for each one!

*

Maintaining accurate records using CRM and internal systems

🙌 What you'll bring:

A background in sales or recruitment (B2C or B2B)

*

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

*

An understanding or interest in vocational training and education sectors

*

Self-motivation and ability to manage your own time remotely

*

A full UK driving licence (occasional travel may be required)
