We are supporting a well-established warehousing and logistics operation in recruiting an experienced Warehouse Team Leader. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys coaching others, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and service.

Working across a rotating shift pattern, you will help lead a consistent, efficient, and safe workflow throughout the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

As Team Leader, you will play a key role in maintaining performance, accuracy and compliance across the operation.

You will be responsible for:

• Checking outbound deliveries and products to ensure 100% accuracy and timely dispatch.
• Maintaining excellent personal and team safety, always following safe working practices.
• Completing all inbound and outbound paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Supporting wider warehouse tasks as required to maintain smooth operations.
• Reporting any hygiene, damage, or quality concerns to management immediately.
• Completing QC checks and all process-control documentation accurately and on time.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Essential:

• Valid Flexi and Counterbalance forklift licences.
• Ability to safely operate MHE including pallet trucks and forklift vehicles.
• Knowledge of safe systems of work and warehouse H&S procedures.
